Cesia Gonzalez

Cesia grew up in Patterson, California and obtained her undergraduate degree at UCSD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology. 

As a graduate student, pursuing hermaster’s degree in molecular biology,  she will investigate P. acnes’ susceptibility to hydrogen peroxide after being treated with blue light as a potential treatment for acne.
