About Dr. Alan Saltiel

Dr. Alan R. SaltielDr. Alan R. Saltiel is a cell biologist who researches the hormone insulin and how it relates to obesity, diabetes and other metabolic disorders. 

He holds 19 patents, has published more than 300 original papers and developed drugs for diabetes and cancer.
